still thinking about some of the teaser pics you posted and the one with sn and hee sitting apart on the couch ... maybe I'm wrong but there seems to be some tension there, which I also saw in the trailer when they kinda knocked past each other... don't tell me sn is trying to use hee again.... but again, I don't see why he would since sh so far seems ready for whatever??? hee also doesn't seem like the type to get mad easily or for no reason... is it maybe something to do with jk?

hiii! i was wondering if in after hours, does sunghoon's dad (or even his mother) know that he's not straight? And does his dad care, cause i'd imagine he's at least the type to want sunghoon to end up with someone who could prove useful in terms of elevating his status or advancing his career, even if he's not homophobic?

this is a good question! okay a bit spoiler ahead so skip this if you don't want to know. his parents are aware that he's not straight, and they also know about his lifestyle (partying, hookups, and all). his father, being in the film/entertainment industry, is pretty much familiar with the culture. that's why the siblings sarcastically said that he's "open-minded". his father isn’t openly accepting or entirely against sunghoon’s sexuality, he sees it as a phase—just sunghoon being young, stupid, and "exploring" things, something he believes sunghoon will grow out of. he also knows sunghoon fears him and how much control he has over sunghoon so in his head he thinks it'd be easy to slap him back into heterosexuality if needed, for the lack of better words LMAO. lastly, the marriage of convenience to elevate status idea is not really relevant here because their family isn't exactly rich RICH for marriage "politics" to be a major concern

After reading the latest update of blue hour, I am very much excited for the day that you'll post it (and 25th hour as well) on ao3. The angst in every sentence is so good and felt that it feels like my heart is burning after every part. I feel the pain of both leads so I can only watch in agony how the next scenes unfold without blaming any of them for their actions (unless it's totally absurd)
honestly i had a lot of thoughts and concerns while writing blue hour since it's mainly hoon's pov. so it's such a relief to hear something like this, thank you :( please look forward to the rest of the story because i have so much i want to show about them (especially sunghoon). one thing for sure is that it's not going to be perfect or easy, but they'll make it out okay~ (25th Hour is already posted on ao3!)
