wdym by “we cannot control our thoughts”?? even if you can never fully get rid of your intrusive thoughts, treatment like cbt exists for a reason... idk it’s just weird to me that you’d rather indulge in your very unhealthy and disturbing paraphilias than seek help???
Paraphilic thoughts aren't the exact same as intrusive thoughts because paraphilias are an attraction and not inherently a disorder. Paraphilias are not unhealthy to have, they are not the same as paraphilic OCD... You cannot cure or get rid of or at all change a paraphilia. Just because something is disturbing to you doesn't make it morally wrong!
