is it ACTUALLY p3dophilia if someone who just turned 14 like 2 months ago wants to get silly (ykw) with someone I THINK A FICTIONAL CHARACTER who is also like around the same age. or is it this person just throwing the term around😭😭

It's not pedophilia but its definitely weird to want to do thst with a character who's a minor
