It’s only me, Spark, and Jude. All three of us have had experience handling moderation before.
Even if someone who moderates on the server gets promoted they would only get a helper role on site which doesn’t have access to the IPs or anything that involves banning and such
Retrospring itself can see who sends what private asks wise if they choose to only hide their username. It’s part of their moderation tools, we don’t go out of our way to check those unless something is reported to us so chances of us checking your stuff is low if you don’t break any rules to begin with

hi angel this is the person who sent that ask to rentry! i have no problem with neospring saving ips as quite literally every other website on planet earth does that in some form. what i dont like is the random children on the mod team with full access to all this information. i definitely don’t harass people and consider myself a casual user but it’s a little disturbing knowing a random kid can see everything ive sent if they came across my account and got bored thats all
