WAHHHH thank you so much anon!!!!!! the way i got into kunigiri is kinda lame but well, i went into blue lock with one thing in mind: the pretty red-haired guy (chigiri) is going to be a favourite of mine (im superficial). and then y'know i watch the first episode, and THEN kunigami gets introduced and i immediately pick him as my second favourite guy because it just so happens that yuuki ono also voices another character i particurlarly enjoy (koga oogami :]).
so with that acquired knowledge, i googled the characters, got spoiled pretty much everything but i also learnt that kunigami and chigiri were shipped together and i was like ''THATS FUCKING AWESOME''. one thing led to another, and here i am, a loyal member of the kunigiri nation.
my favourite kunigiri moment ever is chapter 213, the whole ''im keeping an eye on you, so keep an eye on me'' is so soooo important to me, because i find it really sweet that even though kunigami changed, chigiri is still willing to get to know him all over again - it kinda solidifies that theme where they don't need eachother to survive in that hellhole but they want to be together anyways
