Jingliu saying she never got to say a proper farewell to Baiheng is so interesting. It makes me think that the succession of events from Shuhu fight -> Sedition was very, veryyy close by. Like the sedition might’ve even been just a few days or so after the fight, or maybe even something Dan Feng and Yingxing did rashly on the very same day. After the sedition, Jingliu was slowly losing herself to mara before she fully succumbed a year later, so she really wouldn’t have gotten a proper chance….
