What do you usually do to get rid of the overwhelming feeling of loneliness?
I usually immerse myself in activities I enjoy, such as watching, running, and listening to music. Plus, reaching out to friends for a chat, even virtually really helps me shake off that overwhelming sense of loneliness ☺
