This phrase is from a character in a manga I read. What do you think? "Worried about a single leaf, you will not see the tree. Worrying about a single tree, you will not perceive the entire forest. Don't worry about a single point. See everything in its fullness without straining."

i love that! i don't really recognize it so i don't think i've read it, but i agree that it's important to make sure you don't narrow your vision on something when you're worried or anxious because if you do, you'll miss everything else
