would it be possible to upgrade to a different bundle later in PO? i'd love to get the early bird but my budget opens up later in march :(

Yes! As long as you purchase a physical bundle now, you will get the early bird reward. Whenever you're ready, just email us at [email protected] with your order number and the bundle you want to upgrade to and we will invoice you for the price difference.
