oh yes, all the time. it's pretty hard to be in a academically challenging setting and sometimes feeling like everyone else is better than you. what keeps me motivated is that i know there is no other path i can take, i cant imagine myself doing anything else with my life besides being a doctor, i love to help people and to make a change in other's live however i can, and every time i have the chance to meet patients i feel like that. as for managing my time, i use a planner and have a weekly schedule that i try to follow but most of the times it's pretty difficult to stick to the plans
