this makes me so sad 😭😭 i'm inclined to believe it wouldn't be a secret bc it's so significant, requires trial and error and i think she'd consult elio since he can see different possibilities but it's definitely not an easy topic bc they all know why they're having the discussion even if they don't want to say it out loud
