How do you guys handle the negative thoughts??

negative thoughts, those pesky shadows lurking in our minds. we all know them, the whispers of doubt, the echoes of fear, the chorus of what ifs. but here's the thing, they don't have to rule the show. we can fight back. challenge the thought, focus on now, or find calm in mindfulness. talk to someone, eat well. if needed, seek help. remember, negative thoughts are just visitors, not permanent residents, gently show them the door!
