ahhhhhh... let me just say that that having ideas is a good place to start, especially if they excite you/make you motivated to write haha! my issue rn is that i feel like i could write, but i don't have ideas that i feel spark that joy, so to speak... and honestly the writing process varies a lot from person to person and even from fic to fic, i've both written fics where i outlined (pages of bullet points) a rough plot from start to finish and went from there, as well as fics where the outline was maybe a 3 sentence idea and i just started writing and let it take me wherever hahaha! you don't even have to start at the actual start of your story—if a particular scene speaks to you and you can already visualize that, you can start in the middle! (or even have the story start from the middle and then work with a non-linear timeline). honestly... i would just say aim for getting words onto the page! you can always edit it later, but sometimes that will get the brain juices flowing and more will come out :)
