Grg originally hides his scars and goes stealth, but as dŋf get closer and start dating he begins to run out if time. Keeps pushing drm away when things get too heavy bc he doesn't know how to out himself and feels in over his head.
However, unbeknownst to him, drm is doing it too bc he has body image issues, but decides to tackle it head on. He brings it up disclosing that he's been hesitant to be intimate bc of body dysmorphia, grg is shocked and quick to reassure him and love on him, saying his stretch marks and loose flesh and scarring is proof that drm had the determination to shape his body into a form that was healthy and suited him. That, that kind of pure willpower and self discipline is incredibly sexy.

But as grg sits on drms lap loving him, drm moves to take off grgs shirt and grg reels back. He has an insecurity to confess as well, begs drm not to be mad at him for keeping it from drm for so long, but his body isn't going to be what drm expects.

Drm is confused but reassures him that it doesn't matter what grg looks like, regardless, he wants to love him in every way he's allowed to.

When grg pulls off his top, he's shaking, can't meet drms eyes. But drm, seeing the scars, gets it immediately and hold him close, saying how much he loves grg, how he's so proud and happy to be trusted but in awe of how grg too, had the determination and pure will to shape his body into one that was healthy and suited for him, how they share in that work, in that pain, in that insecurity, in creating and rewriting themselves into being the people they are today.
