To be honest, not really.... In terms of other humans/people, I prefer things to be strictly platonic. I can’t see him as being romantically attracted to people, and I don’t think he’s interested in sex with them either. I’m the most invested in him and Falin’s relationship, but they aren’t a “ship“ by most people’s definitions for me. I like incest, but I personally can’t see it with them, even though I like them being kind of weird. (I’m not opposed to seeing more romantic shippy fanart made by others, though.) Sexually, I’m the most interested in Laios with monsters. I’ve been really interested in him with the winged lion recently.

yeah!! in terms of as a spectator and/or historical view point, I like archery, shooting, equestrian sports, and ice hockey. honestly, I like most winter sports. (skiing and snowboarding are cool...) I also really really love para sports so please include all the accessible versions of the stuff I already listed! I don’t really care for the olympics but I love the paralympics. oh yeah also skateboarding and marathon runs. (historical runs are really fun to read about)

in terms of participation... I am a total wimp with very low muscle tone and stamina, and notoriously bad coordination, so anything athletic I do is recreational and never competitive lol but I like swimming.

does infinite travel money mean I can pick multiple places? if so:

1) europe!!! I want to finally visit my best friend in her home country and hang out irl (leaping into her arms) T_T I also really want to go to some of the museums/heritage sites they have there omg there’s so much historical clothing and architecture notes I want to be able to to jot down for projects that are hard to access remotely... AND TRAINS!!! (even bad ones haha) and generally being able to get idea of how places look+landscapes+ etc and there are many people that i’d love to be able to talk to. (i’d probably need to land a job that would let me do such, for certain interviews, though) I’m very interested in youth culture, current political activists, oral history and also listening to elderly folks talk about the past/their memories, in particular. I know I didn’t pick one country but I want to go all over, you see.... west & east. there are both places I want to go that are a lot more “touristy” and places that aren’t. lot of flat out wilderness I want to see too. I want to absorb everything I can & write an extensive travelogue.

2) china, japan, mongolia, and vietnam. I have all the same reasons as above & more. particularly want to visit hokkaido & osaka for japan, need to do more research when it comes to places in china but generally i’d like to see lots of it... and i’ve wanted to go to vietnam for a while... would love to see hcmc and hanoi, and some of the abandoned waterparks, though the humidity would probably kill me dead, LOL.. aaaand I would kill to be able to go to ulaanbaatar. hopefully want to be able to talk to as many old people as I can for all of these & see youth culture everywhere etc etc. and I’m very interested in being able to talk to mongolians living outside of mongolia, too! especially in japan.

3) iceland, which yes, is a part of europe, but since it’s a separate island and very far away from everything else, i’m listing it separately. would love to go here with my best friend together someday. I want to see the landscapes and northern lights!!

4) appalachia and the american southwest. (my reasons are getting shorter because I don’t want to be redundant but assume everything is the same as the others.)

this isn’t everything and there’s lots of other places i’d love to see too, but these are the main ones ^^;

one thing I’d really like to do everywhere in lots of different places is record interviews with middle aged people in bars but at the same time I don’t think i’m a type of person who would fare well around drunk men AHAHAHA.... >__< that would be so fun though

ohhh!!! oh... this is a good question. there’s a whole lot of body horror I enjoy and I don’t think I’m capable of even listing everything down off the top of my head. to me, good body horror is ultimately about a fear of losing your humanity and/or self/identity or an invasion of/attack on the human body/self/form— something familiar being warped into something unrecognizable and wrong and the existential horror that comes with it, or even more generally, things happening to a body that shouldn’t, and so on. the imagery you choose is only half of it. a shapeshifter/monster doing normal monstery things that are natural for their body of their own will is going to feel different when compared to a person’s body turning/changing into something they don’t want, even if you use exactly the same visuals. I love the former, but I don’t consider it body horror. it’s just regular creepiness/horror.

I think I can like anything if I find it sufficiently unsettling! there’s so many different, unique types of body horror with their own merits, and I love it all. I think if I had to choose a favourite thing, it would be a human body rendered completely unrecognizable, with no semblance of a recognizable human shape and no remaining humanoid features, except little things that might not be instantly noticeable... It’s tempting to include some to tip the viewer off to what something was, and that serves it’s purpose for a different type of great body horror I find very enjoyable, but there’s just something incredibly and uniquely sad about this particular take... even if it might not look as visually gory sometimes. I remember reading about amorphous globosus stillbirths in cattle, where a stillborn calf is deformed and is born as a... ball....a bag of skin holding meat... and that’s always stuck with me. another particular specific thing I like is humans getting really fucked up from living for impossibly long periods of time or being kept artificially alive by someone else against their will where it’s ambiguous whether this counts as “living” anymore. In terms of media, while this is absolutely not everything because I have a TERRIBLE MEMORY— I’ve always been a big fan of what junji ito does, and I have no mouth and I must scream has been a favourite piece of mine for years... dorohedoro, fullmetal alchemist and trigun also has some great stuff... and not gonna lie, some of the best body horror I’ve read has been from internet stories written by people with the intent of one upping others in a grossout contest. I cannot possibly recount them now because I barely remember most of them but I do remember the impact they left, even if they were a little corny by some standards.

not counting dear nicholas, it’s definitely elendira. her personality is great, she’s a perfect balance between fun and intimidating, I adore her design, and her powerset is mechanically and visually incredible. briefcase that turns into a crossbow that shoots giant nails.... and I love to see her antagonize legato lol. I really wish we were able to find out more about her u_u I’d love to see a backstory or see how she met knives. she deserved better honestly...

besides her, I love love love livio+razlo (my sweet baboos), and I am pretty fond of midvalley the hornfreak (handsome design+ridiculous name+saxophone based power is original and funny as hell), and leonof the puppet master (he’s kind of moe to me? in a creepy pathetic old man way. overall his puppet ability is really unnerving looking so he really stood out to me in the manga)

hehehe... here’s a preemptive warning for anyone who hasn’t read the manga because my answer involves major spoilers! though I’ve probably already spoiled a bunch of stuff just with my tweets... alas...

me and my best friend figured this out yesterday, but I think my ideal wv first kiss happens right before wolfwood dies, while him and vash are sharing a last drink. both of them are so very..... not the type to openly admit romantic feelings, so a first kiss is something I can only see happening right at the end. right after the “please don’t say anything stupid.” panel. wolfwood is the initiator— vash would not initiate a kiss in this scenario, no matter how sad he may be. these are wolfwood’s last moments and he doesn’t want him to go out feeling confused... or god... what if he doesn’t like it? and that’s the last emotion he’ll ever feel?? etc etc.... that’s too selfish. wolfwood ALSO kind of feels like an asshole for kissing vash and then immediately peacing out (because of something he did, too!), but hey, he’s the one dying here.... vash is understandably heartbroken about the whole situation but still treasures it. it’s a “I’m sorry I’m dying, I would’ve wanted to spend my tomorrows with you too, if things were different” without words. wolfwood made his decision and doesn’t regret it but it still sucks.
