yeah! basically he lives on one of the station's platforms; he uses one of the little rest area cubicle looking things as a "bedroom"; basically think of it in terms of how one of those little tiny japanese hotels is set up... basically zero space and not really comfortable, but gets the job done. there are bathrooms there and that's where he does his makeup, dyes his hair etc... he relies on the public bathouses for actual bathing, though. it's basically like... homelessness with just... a private place to sleep and stuff. because the metaverse is cold and not hospitable at all. he finds it in the first place because he's accidentally sucked in while goro is going one day from there on he has the app on his phone. they don't know eachother and goro doesn't know he does this to sansho, it's just totally random happenstance because he does it too close to him in public when he's in a hurry once. umm... besides that... he becomes friends with the reaper cause he comes to kill him but he's just naturally kind of charming and also thinks the reaper is SUPER COOL and it flatters him so they become friends!!!!!!! also he gets there because he's kicked out by his family for being GNC/failing school. he drops out shortly after
