I want to participate, but I want to clarify before applying. It's an Adam shipping zine so it means we can chose our favorite Adam ship and draw (or write) for it, right? and if we have multiple favorites, we can draw for them too but if we have only one favorite, could we only work on that one? I hope I'm making sense.
Hi there! Essentially, yes, that is our plan. We want to make sure everyone is assigned a ship they're estatic to create for! But we also want to make sure there's an equal balance of ships! So we do encourage everyone to list their favorite ships. We will ask that if you're particularly attached to a certain ship, that you do make a note of that when submitting the ships, so we can do our best to ensure that you do get the ship you want to create for!

Please don't take this the wrong way. I 1000% support your intention of buying esims for Palestine with the proceeds of this project. However, with pre-orders opening six to seven months out... should the situation change and the current, urgent need for esims abate, what will be done with the donations? Are there specific Palestinian charities that the mods have in mind, or other charities in general?
No worries at all! It's important to know where our money is going to go given the current events. And honestly, this is something I've been thinking about as well! The current mods have discussed and we're all agreeance that if a permanent ceasefire is called and honored, and the need for esims are no longer, we will reassess and choose a new charity. Preferably one that is Palestine focused.
If that happens, we will make sure to make an official announcement regarding the changes and what our plans are regarding the new charity and moving forward!

Can you clarify the difference between a "zine" and an "anthology"? I'm not clear what you're trying to say has changed from the original conception of the project. Thanks!
Of course! A zine is a noncommercial often homemade or online publication usually devoted to specialized and often unconventional subject matter, that usually features art, fic and merch.
an anthology is a collection of selected literary pieces or passages or works of art or music.
All in all, an anthology could be considered to be a bigger kind of zine, that allows us to feature more types of transformative works such as and not limited to songs, poetry, podfics, cosplays and other kinds of content.
Anthologies are also usually created to celebrate the subject, which is why we decided to go with this direction.

Just to be sure, mods can't contribute with fanworks, right?
Hello! We discussed it and we've decided that because this is a pay what you want digital anthology that the mods can contribute with fan works if they choose to do so.
If they do choose to participate, they will be held to the same standards as contributors, from choosing their ships to check ins and extensions. Which means they will have to submit their preferred ships, will be required to send in check ins and will need to request for extensions if they need them.
