do we know who the writer(s) for gray sheep is?
There are a few of them as far as I'm aware, unfortunately I cannot track down those who mentioned working on the project early on.
The only writer who is active on Twitter is @/AonoNui. They seem to be mainly working on Birthday stories/short stories in general.
This is not aimed at anyone, but, while we're at it, please avoid messaging them about things they cannot talk about.

It will!
It probably won't be out until late November/early December, though, because I'm currently pretty busy and Gray Sheep anniversary is coming up in a few days, so I'd like for everyone to enjoy whatever they have in store for us first.

Due to time issues, no, not at the moment.

I saw mentions of the voice drama earlier and was wondering where you got it from? 😓
The voice drama is included in Gray Sheep EP01, which is the project's first single, but unfortunately it will be released at the end of the month so it's not available at the moment. However, you can check out the 'previews' they posted a while ago in this thread:

I have a gray sheep en account but it's sometimes hard to translate stuff
The EN account is managed by a single person at the moment. Since Gray Sheep is a fairly new project, there really isn't much to work on and all that the JP account has posted has already been taken care of. Maybe in the future (when their first single gets released) we'll open a discord server to share more freely all the content that cannot be shared openly.

are there any official tags for gray sheep? (fanart tags, etc.)
グレシプ and #GraySheep are the ones the official account uses to share info and make announcements, but you are free to use them to post merch, MVs impressions, etc (as long as it's not paid content). Posting fanarts seems to be okay too as long as they do not portray any ships: it is common knowledge in JP fan-spaces and sometimes seiyuus and those behind a project look up their works on social media as well. There are also all kind of fans, so it is better to leave ships to their own tags.
グレシプ_FA for fanarts. However, it seems to be still a pretty new hashtag, with little to no content. The ship warning applies to this hashtag as well. Some artists have also been using #グレシプFA .
バスカ (BASKU) and #GOAT are the official hashtags for each organization.
Since Gray Sheep is fairly new, there aren't many hashtags worthy of attention besides these at the moment. Will update this post when/if we get more!

are the drama tracks translated anywhere?
Their first single will be released in January 2024, so no one has access to the drama tracks yet. But I will take care of its translation when I get my copy.

So what is gray sheep exactly? Is it an upcoming game or?
It is not a game (for now at least). They marketed it as a multimedia project, but for now they have only announced two songs and a drama part about the first 6 characters they released back in October. We should be able to know more on February when they'll be helding their first event.

Do we know if the other three for each group will ever get a design reveal or anything? I’m like pacing over spring tbh and if it turns out he’ll never get a design istg
They already started teasing their personalities, so I don't see why they wouldn't reveal their designs. Since they'll most likely be the main characters in "episode 2," I'm quite sure it will happen either around or after the first single releases.
