well, maybe lofi songs would help? honestly I listen to either whatever inside my playlist or listen to nothing. I have bunch of playlist with diverse genres so I can't recommend what's best to stay focus. oh, perhaps asmr would help, I often listen to relaxing rain sounds asmr on spotify.
