Hi! I see in the FAQ section there is a question about past Blue Lions being acceptable inclusions. Does that include Yuri? Thanks!

Hi and thanks for your question! Yes, Yuri is being considered a past Blue Lion! As the rest of the past BL, he can be included in works as a background character.
