no clue ! im not very good at smm. when i post, i try to do it consistenly at the same time around late evening in my timezone, but it doesnt always work. there could be different strategies to get attention to your work e.g drawing something while its trendy ALTHOUGH im personally not too fond of accs that only draw hot new gacha characters and occasional madohomu. but your skill and artstyle could carry you nevertheless. also! if you draw a specific character a lot you could submit your posts to an hourly|daily acc of said character. rts from larger accs definitely can increase the engagement.
anyways i feel your pain! twitter is a shithole that barely functions nowadays. when a drawing you put so much energy and soul into flops its very disheartening...
