i had a much longer response but i unfortunately deleted it when i refreshed the page 🙃 long story short, i dont think you speak well enough if you dont understand how often they use konglish, so there was no other meaning behind him saying 'all' apart from in the context of his answer. apart from that, your tweets are public (or were) so while we may look at it and move on because we know it isnt true (again, coming from someone who does speak korean and understand its nuances) someone else will see it as reaching. we get enough flack as it is for being mnsngers so i think adding a /j indicator at the end wouldve helped a lot with that. we cant really help when people try to look the other way when things have a very clear meaning (cough nana stage cough) but when something is that far of a reach it's a lot harder for us to try to keep it within the community. i dont think you meant any harm! unfortunately this is how the internet is
i understand they use konglish a lot! (while im not fluent yet ive been learning korean on and off for about 7 years now). the joke i was making, from my understanding, was that he was using it as a double meaning. there's clearly something i missed in the way he worded it that made that potential double meaning impossible but i'm trying to learn what it was! it sounds like the words/language he used after "올" might've been specific to movies? or is it just a nuance thing? pls lmk! (u can dm too if u want)
altho it had nothing to do w mnsng, i dont think the problem was abt being a mnsnger or not, since a few of the ppl who took issue with it were clearly mnsng accs (one even had 30+ of my moots following them, so def ppl in our community), but i did lock my acc as a preventative anyway so it didnt reach ppl it wasn't for.
all in all, i think it's good to speculate on the ways celebrities might hint at queerness! but it seems i've misinterpreted the basis i used for it. i'm trying to learn where that mistake was, both for this AND so i can improve my korean skills

i dont think they meant any harm lol, and its true i could be missing sth since im not fluent, but i do sorta think it speaks to a larger issue on bad faith assumptions..? the ppl who know me know im not actually trying to claim that's what he meant to say. but not everyone knows me! and that's not a good or bad thing it's just a truth. ive def had to take a step back before trying to check strangers on their intentions in the past n tell myself it's not that serious lol.
twt can be annoying i dont blame 'em, but yeah it'd be nice for ppl to give each other some credit on their literacy haha (it's funny, i was debating putting /lh at the end of that post but ultimately decided it wasn't necessary lmao)

its funny you should ask bc i also had to look it up when i saw it in art. apparently he has a surgery scar on his stomach from when he was a kid. we've never actually seen it afaik, i dont think he talks abt it v much but ive seen ppl say he's mentioned it being an insecurity, so he doesn't wear outfits that show his abs etc. ive also seen ppl call it an appendix scar but idk if that's confirmed. theres not a lot of info bc it seems p private to him so take all this with a grain of salt lol
