Do you have the pressure (?) to write skz realistic personalitywise? Of course, fics are fictional scenarios and stories, but they are based on real people, who have personalities in real life. Do you think you know them enough to write them realistically or you write them purposefully differently (according to the certain AU)? I hope my question was understandable if not just say it and I try to explain it differently.

i wouldn't say it's a pressure since it's something i personally want to and try to do. i think that the whole appeal of real person fiction, or just in general, stories about people or characters that already existed before is precisely that they have their personality formed more or less, it's something we know and because of that we reach for fanfiction about them in the first place. i don't really enjoy reading fics (and, by extenstion, writing them) where skz don't even resemble the people that they are in real life, since, after knowing them or following them for over 7 years, i like to think that i know what they're like, at least in some part, because. well, i don't think they've been putting on an act for that long lol but of course, the fun of fanfiction also lies in the various settings and universes you can put the people/characters in, and in a lot of cases that, in a way, forces you to "tweak" around the ground personality. for example, in my fic bite the bullet, minsung are both in gangs and are shaped by the life they lived in that universe, so they're a bit different than minsung in real life who never had to. well. kill anyone (i think lol). but to "compensate" for those changes, i try to make them feel like minsung in other aspects. either way, i think i try my best to write them how i see them, but that depends, like you mentioned, on the au! :3
