unrelated to theories of wooly's purpose that i kind of agree with but i wanna add that i don't think amanda likes dark things like the sad medieval story JUST for it being realistic about the tragic stuff of life and that things don't always have a happy ending i think she also finds the heartbreak of loss or even the princess being tricked by the wizard and turned into dragon relatable just like she was tricked into being trapped in a show for 15 years and how she basically lost her family she probably feels comforted by telling's of similar fucked up things happening to other people which is very relatable and makes me love her even more 🐕

I didn't even realize that was possibly the monster version of Wooly but also while your prob right about Amanda not liking Wooly AT ALL id still like to remain in lala land about Amanda tolerating Wooly just a bit and i personally kind of thought that the monster version of Amanda tearing up the Wooly plush and spearing your life via running away in frustration was kinda like a yin and yang thing im to retarded to explain without messing it up butttTTTTTT Amanda wanted a treasure that would make her happy or else shed give the task of mauling you to her gray monster thing but how the monster acted before in another scene when you were helping tell a good story to make Amanda feel better and succeed in doing so it still was about to continue its plain in killing you and briefly disobeyed Amandas orders so Amandas monster tearing up the wooly plush and leaving you be after choosing correctly has to mean something in Wooly's and Amandas relationship than just hate since also I think Amandas monster breaks anything you give it during that scene right or wrong and the achivement doesnt really say much to me personally i kinda see it as face value sort of deal??? to me Wooly HAS to be there for Amanda for something it doesn't strictly have to be love maybe he's a programmed guardian perhaps he's another missing kid that's paired up with her maybe he's something for Amanda to take her frustration out on or something that fails to keep her sane and does the opposite there seemingly has to be some bond with them. Since we're talking about Amanda the adventurer can I put in that I've constantly been thinking about Wooly and Amanda bonding behind the scenes but also in front of us (like at the end of the patience episode if you save the birds Amanda starts playfully? Chase Wooly possibly showing that Amanda doesn't fully hate Wooly he just heavily gets on her nerves and he might be more of a plaything or annoying brother to her that she keeps around) id like to think Amanda and Wooly once bonded over not having any family besides each other in a way since Amanda is trapped in the fuckass show with the fuckass tapes the family she originally had is gone and she prob doesn't remember much of them besides certain things and for wooly, i like to think he's semi-aware of not rlly having any family members or at least hasn't seen any of them in a while where he feels lonely I also think wooly is repressed in some way that i will maybe go deeper into in a new ask but do you get the vision🐕
