i finished chapter 6 a couple hours ago (it ruined my day.) and ive really been thinking about HOW this is gonna be fixed but ultimately i just keep coming back to all the notes hynjns written mnho and i reslly do hope mnho gets to read them and understands just vital and important he is to hynjn☹️ the chapter was absolutely amazing as the rest of them (except for that fact that i started it w a shit eating grin as things started to look up just to finish it crying violently) but it was interesting too see how much more held back and timid hynjn was. i know both him and mnho were treading incredibly carefully to protect the fragile state of their friendship, but it felt to me like held back much more, and dont even get me started on when chn came back or hynjns speech at the wedding (i couldnt stop banging my head against the wall.) so idk this is kinda just me yapping but i do really hope mnho gets sthe chance to read those letters hynjns wrote to him over the years. i know theyre not all nice but i think it’ll help him understand hynjn more

Hyunjin is definitely more controlled in how he reacts to things. He has been explosive in the past and it has only ever caused harm, so he’s reigned himself in quite a bit. Maybe too much ¯_(ツ)_/¯ I think his growth is admirable, but I also think it’s incomplete
I will tell you. Those notes are my chekov’s gun. They will come back at some point
