do you feel like you deserve to be miserable or would you do something anything to change the hikikomori lifestyle

I want to change sometimes, but it’s hard. I go out on occasion, but it doesn’t feel often enough to change anything. I sometimes feel like I deserve the misery, but it never feels good enough for me to stick with it for long.
