Kinda wild that the last 2 characters I've fixated on in a row spurred this specific type of discourse now that I'm thinking about it . & I don't know if this is some light trolling but to outline;
A) You can make light-hearted jokes about post-crash Curly without being distasteful/ableist
B) Disabled people can have sex; being dependent on others for certain things doesn't automatically turn you into a child who's too helpless to consent. If you mean Curly can't SPEAK, then sure, yeah. Being stripped of bodily autonomy is a major theme of the game, obviously, but on a practical level there are technologies available even in our time that would allow someone in Curly's position to communicate- if you're going with like- the typical post-recovery 'good ending' type thing. I mean. Curly is still an adult man! +Regardless I wasn't suggesting fucking like freshly wounded No Skin Having Curly b/c I think that's more problematic for entirely different reasons
