Deepest fear is not being enough. not being strong enough, smart enough, brave enough. he's got a big fear of abandonment and doesnt wanna be tossed aside for something better. he knows he's just a "normal" person he has no special skills or magic or powers so he kinda feels like he doesnt have much going for him. it definitely eats at him sometimes but he tries not to dwell. he's just really scared of being alone.
