it’s the tongue ring anon again! mine actually healed really fast i think? the first and second day was hard because my tongue was swollen and i had to carefully move it in order to speak somewhat normally. starting the third day the swelling went down gradually. around the sixth day i ordered a shorted bar online and downsized myself with a taper because the long bar dragged itself around and kinda stretched the wound. i would say mine fully healed after a full week. it never bled and never gave me any issue for the past eight months. the most care i did was to use mouth wash after meal for two weeks and that was it. it’s actually pretty easy to deal with if the piercer does it right and at the right placement!
