OOOH love this one !!
I think Eole's act 1 romance scene would be at the tiefling party (like most companions).
If you talk to her during the party, she's enjoying her time with the guests. You can ask her if she wants to hang out, to which she answers "sure, come join us !". She's a bit distracted because of the festivities, so you can specify "can we hang out, just the two of us ?". She'd look surprised for a quick second, then smile and tell you to meet her later that night. Yea, she's 100% flirting back

You'd find her sitting by the camp fire later that night, with a bottle of wine keeping her company. Everyone passed out from the festivities.
"You almost kept me waiting" she'd tell you with a smile as you sit next to her
You'd chat a bit before pointing out the fact that she's still drinking despite the party being over.
"The night has been so lovely, I thought it would be a shame for it to end just like that" Eole would answer as she takes a sip from the bottle. Then she'd extand the bottle to you and you take a big gulp. She'd look at you intensely and you can see a spark in her eyes.
"Now that I'm in such good company... we could share this bottle, or maybe we could do something else ?"
And that's where you decide if you want to follow her to her tent and get topped or not ! :)

The next day she'd tell you she had a great time and she hopes it's not the last she hears from you ♥
