I feel like they would switch but personally i like to think Kikura as more assertive than Fin when they do stuff together, in my headcanon Fin tends to be competitive and envious when it comes to other women or fem-aligned people but that also ends up with her feeling insecure about herself, Kikura doesn't really care about these things tho she just really likes Fin and wants her to feel better about herself and more comfortable, she takes charge and makes sure that Fin knows she's amazing and beautiful. Fin feels flustered about it but she doesn't mind letting someone else take control for once, there are times where she goes crazy on Kikura tho
