AHHHHH your art is splendid! I always enjoy your expressions and colors. I'm happy to see that you like them too! I'm actually asking my friend to draw some sytk, but she doesn't have time to watch the anime so is unfamiliar with them. I like that brief descriptor you used and was wondering if you could describe them in more detail so I can share with my friend. i think that the biggest contrast for soyo and taki would be their idea of self preservation. soyo thinks that blending in and pleasing everyone around her is the only way to keep a sense of familiarity and stability. whereas taki's stability and familiarity would be to not lose herself (and what she thinks as hers) by the hand of other ppl and their views of her which is what makes her isolate herself and be a lone wolf etc. and both of them think they're selfish for doing so. soyo for constantly tricking ppl around her and taki for being v unforgiving about ppl's actions.
which is why they also v much understand each other and (as i have seen a sytk fan say) they wouldn't be each other's first choice bc they see thru each other's ways a bit too clearly for comfort (since those are the ways they protect themselves)

I'll probably ask again around the time this site goes down for where you'll move to for sure :) I also think that the mygo and avemuji pairs work together! My friends have described mygo as a polycule that adopted a stray cat after all lol. But as for this specific friend, we really like sytk which is funny for us since we also happen to love shihonami from prsk lol. Apparently we gravitate towards the rhythm squad in bands! If you ever draw something for sytk, let me know because I guarantee we'll scream over your art like we've been doing to others that we've seen. Oh speaking of that, 2 friends shared a comic for them earlier today and apparently my friend pointed out that it has almost 20k likes at the time I'm sending this?? So it somehow got trending which makes me happy lol. I hope someone learns about Bandori or at least the mygo anime from this!-🥁

Hey I decided to check back on you and saw your most recent ask. Aside from a few updates I wanted to share, I think curiouscat actually shut down recently so you'd have to find a different alternative sadly :/ but anyway, somehow my friend and I have been really into what's likely the rarest pair in all of mygo and have been making content for ourselves recently. Just last night she was streaming some art and I watched it excitedly. I didn't think we'd get into the same ship, but somehow it happened lol. I just hope to find more content out there, but for now, we're yelling about it to each other-🥁

who are your fave bandori characters/bands design-wise? :3
OOOH many actually i really like many of them. kasumi ofc really perfect design for a face of a franchise and overall. lisa ofc but not only bc shes my girlie you know she just is. love the twins and how they made them similar/different. kanon. raana. sakiko. masuki. tomoe. nanami. those would be the ones that really stand out to me.
but yeah aside from rui (they made her look TOO OLD !!!!) really love all the designs

popipa- saya accidently gave arisa bread w/ gluten once (i hc that shes allergic) and to get payback arisa put peanuts in one of her desserts and ended up having to drive saya to the hospital.
afterglow - moca sends the rest of aglo (esp himari) shock vids/pics to bother them (himari always opens the links and throws up. ran and tomoe could honestly care less and tsugu refuses to open them because like me, she has a fragile stomach) and speaking of tsugumi, she had a "basic" tumblr phase when she was in middle school
pasupare - chisato made a account on every drama discussion site just to make a thread/page on kaoru and talk about how much she hates her.
roselia - lisa has def posted "Jesus Loves You! ♥️" (this isn't necessarily a bad thing bc im also christian, BUT posted it somewhere where def it wasn't the most appropriate place) and Yukina probably had a warrior cats phase which she desperatly tries to hide.
hhw - kanon has used text abbreviations thinking they mean something sweet when they are actually threats and misaki has to dodge furry allegations from ppl who know shes michelle.
morfonica: i love nanami too much to slander her but she probably only watches vids like "disturbing movie iceberg" or "the darkest things on the internet" and rui... i have nothing to say on rui... she is rui allright.
ras: masuki tried to make a baby laugh when she saw it crying at the mall and ended up making it cry more, much to the parents chagrin.
mygo: if soyo has socials, she definitely overshares her emotions and taki and anon make fun of her for it
