I LOOOOOOOVE how shigeo genuinely evolves from someone who is too careful and doesn’t allow his emotions to go over, to him eventually becoming a kid that knows how to handle his emotions on a level that is now normal for him, for example one of his last scenes is him crying from a rejection, and you’d think that’s just sad, but that’s the FIRST time we’ve ever seen him cry without him reaching extreme inner turmoil.

i love his character, not only is he a pretty witty brave guy, that’s stupid.. he has a bit of depth to him, throughout part 2 we see how he deals with his adventures in general is so COOL! i don’t have a way to explain him further.. and I also like how we see him long enough to go senile, people complain about it but i like that he’s a weak old man, at least we know he really did live life to his fullest.
MAKIMA.
god I fucking hate her, BUT that does not mean she is not a BRILLIANTLY written character with all the things that she’s done with denji, god fujimoto is such a good fucking writer when it relates to her, all the foreshadowing that the things that are now happening in part 2, she’s a great fucking villain and that’s probably why when im writing an au on csm she’s one of the only characters who stays.
