I don't know anything about Tokyo Ghoul or Kaneki but I always enjoy your art and how much passion you put into indulging yourself with your biggest crush; as for a suggestion to celebrate his birthday, maybe something involving him being reluctant to keep gaining weight but one of his feeders keeps posting about his gaining progress, and teasing him about how many eager and encouraging fans he's getting because of it, so he keeps eating more because he likes the attention more than he dislikes the struggle to move and breathe as a steadily growing blob?
