who in cast do you think is autistic,adhd?
I’m a bit more qualified to give u my list of headcannoned autistic characters. I could say all of them but specifically:
Ichika, Shiho, Minori, Haruka, Toya, Probably Akito tbh, All of Wansho, Kanade and Mafuyu.. Though there are arguments to be made for quite literally all of the cast these are just the ones i could give you like a decent list of reasonings for off the top of my head. Toya most of all of course but that’s just because i’m capable of yapping about him more than any other character. In terms of adhd i think if you gave Akito and An an adderal prescription they’d have surpassed rad weekend like last year but i’m not as knowledgeable on that end of things so that’s as much as i’ll say on that.

toya gap moe is literally any character meeting him then going "ah aoyagi-kun is unexpectedly pure" you can see this most with his interactions with mizuki and rui i think
Exaaactly u get it. He carries the energy of someone dark and mysterious and a little scary but in reality he’s a very kind and earnest guy. This is also what VBS meant during the first link intermission when they said Touya’s “gap” is between his old and current self since I think pre-nocturne he acts a little closer to how he appears on first impressions

this is the thing. they are Both gap moe just in different ways. Akito’s is his tough guy vs cute guy thing. Dude with a tough attitude and piercings and a untucked school shirt (the horror) who goes to a cafe and asks for the fluffiest pancakes with extra whipped cream and strawberries, you know the one... Touya's to me is his matureness vs his pureness. He’s got a kind of mature exterior (tall guy, drinks black coffee, enjoys reading and great academically) but he also has this purity/naivety andddd.. childishness isn’t the word but it sort of is? a child-like wonder about him due to his inexperience. two different forms of gap moe u see….

Did you know? Aoyagi Toya (青柳冬弥) is a second-year student at Kamiyama High School. He is a member of the street music group Vivid BAD SQUAD. Reserved and taciturn. His strict dad, a classical musician, had Toya take music classes for especially talented children from a young age. This early education brought results, but in an act of defiance against his father, Toya became a street musician. Toya's father was a famous classical musician and trained Toya and his two older brothers in classical music from a very young age, specifically piano and violin. His father would isolate Toya and force him to study classical music at all hours of the day, causing him to despise his father, and by association, the entirety of classical music. As such, he started performing street music to rebel against his father and eventually met Akito while singing on the street. He sang together with Akito under the name BAD DOGS before forming Vivid BAD SQUAD with An and Kohane. Even after joining Vivid BAD SQUAD, he still operates under the BAD DOGS unit with Akito.

ok someone has to do it. toya hcs?
I have recently been projecting my anemia onto him + he has low blood pressure so he ends up fainting quite frequently lmfao do not let his guy stand up at any kind of speed.
His least favourite part of his morning routine is doing his hair because the separate parts end up blending into each other when he sleeps (also a projection from a half and half haired girlie)
After kamifes 2 he got into sewing/embroidery but doesn’t have much chance to practice so it’s nice to be in a class with Akiyama where he can talk to them about it. He sewed an outfit for his Pocchaco plush once.
He has absolutely silent footsteps like you wouldn’t think a guy that tall would be able to walk with such stealth but it’s sort of a practiced art form. Master of scaring the absolute shit out of people.
He will periodically text Akito a fact he found on wikipedia that he thinks is neat. This is amplified by him being a bit of a reading-habit/caffeine addict induced insomniac so he sometimes falls down a bit of a rabbit-hole and texts Akito like 5 times at 3 in the morning about these cool whale facts he wants him to know about.

This is a good one… I am a huge fan of the “akian dated for a week in middle school before realising they were gay/a lesbian” headcannon I think it’s really good. Just two friends who survived seeing each other go through their most cringey life phases in their early teens. They are both the ADHD warriors of all time but something about the idea of having to have slightly better grades than the other forces them to focus a bit more (that and the fear of Touya’s Rage.) Also when Akito pierced his own ears in middle school An thought his piercings were so cool and begged her dad to let her do it herself like Akito had done for the Street Cred but Ken absolutely refused and had her go to a proper piercing shop.
