I've always loved fictional stories and characters, and when I was little I used to make up stories in my head whenever I was bored. I started writing and posting fanfiction when I was around 11/12 and I also wrote stories I kept for myself. Writing has always been magical to me because whenever I write I'm not only bringing something to life but also feel like I'm living it myself. I think that's why I started to take my writing more seriously during the pandemic and began posting more frequently. It allowed me to live things I couldn't at the time and make up worlds and stories of my own. So I guess the short answer is, I started writing or making up stories because it's fun, and I really really love it. Nowadays, i also write because i like sharing what i write. I feel like, once I share it, it really comes to life or rather it starts to have a life of its own in every reader's imagination.
