Tbh I don’t think he would alter his appearance to look “different” and I think it depends on how his views surrounding idealizing doll vs humanity are developed. Playing into the idea of a “perfect unchanging doll”, I can see him wanting to preserve his youth (like he talked about in Victoria), he’d probably get botox and dye his hair so it doesn’t gray. Incredibly complex skincare routine. I don’t think he’d do anything surgical though the concept would probably freak him out.
