I'm a very diplomatic leader. I try to make sure everything moves forward, but I also have a fear of conflict, so I try to prevent it from happening. Whether that is good depends on the context. I've been told I'm a great project leader on creative collaborations, because I'm very organized and try to work with my collaborators as best I can, but on the other hand that means I accept a lot of work that is passable, but not great. I think I'd make a terrible social media moderator, because I'd constantly be giving everyone the benefit of the doubt, capitulating to them, and failing to make the hard decisions. I'd be a good asset to a team of moderators, but working alone I probably wouldn't be very good.
