as expected, everything was amazing (album & mv). i had really high expectations and he delivered~ 🥰

for the mv specifically, i anticipated jaehyun to do something really different! on instagram, he referred to it as "music film" and it totally was. very cinematic - from the lightening, color grading, camera shots, fashion/styling. on first watch, i was reminded of The Matrix. i love how the MV feels like it could fit various genres: noir, mystery, thriller, dystopia horror. all good stuff 😍 the craziest part was him being reborn into a new world, sticky, coughing up liquid. AN UNREAL MUSIC VIDEO. he got to really show off his acting skills, and he definitely excels in this type of dark/creepy role ~ (i'm anticipating his movie even more nowwww)

music wise, let's just say i've been replaying the album nonstop 🥰
