If you were to choose a wedgie and stay with it forever, being forced to have it constantly in some form or fashion, what would it be and why?

I would wanna say a hanging wedgie but I'm not sure how it would work, so I'd have to say either a shoulder wedgie or atomic wedgie cause they would be easier.
