You do realize you can have CDID and have subsystems right? I’m still learning about our entire system and we are a CDID system, C-DID is similar if not the same as polyfragmention. Those with C-DID experience; subsystems, complex innerworlds, complex splitting patterns, low stress thresholds, higher alter counts, high fragment counts, subgroups of alters, innerworld layers. C-DID is caused by repeated (extreme)
trauma before the age of 5, most likely that was integrated into daily life.

We use to call ourselves a PDID sys due to the confusion of hosts and cohosts and whatnot but due to our recent hospitalization we have discovered we have CDID which could be really surprising in a way and very much explains a few things about what we went through. I’m not a RAMCOA survivor at all but I have went through extensive trauma that does mentally damage me extremely now as I’m 18.
