do you wake up multiple times every night? because if that’s the case i would go to a doctor
but i don’t know how expensive a doctor is where you live so yeah that’s easy for me to say if the doctor is only €4
the dreaming between alarms is normal though

when i sleep during the day i get the weirdest dreams ever but it’s actually really normal
so your sleep cycle is around 1,5 hours and somewhere during that cycle (idk which period) you have the most vivid dreams
if you wake up at the end of your cycle you usually don’t remember those dreams
but if you wake up during the period where you have those vivid dreams, you do remember them
you can look up more cause i’m not an expert hahahaha but this i what i know/remember
and so when you take naps, you don’t sleep the full cycle and you have a higher chance of waking up during that dream period
you should look up a graph of a sleep cycle :)))
anyways ignore my grammar because it’s too early for my brain to work in english
see… that’s what Normal people have.. i’ll have multiple vivid dreams a night and keep waking up and remembering every single one of them 😭 also sometimes i’ll fall asleep between alarms for like 10 mins and genuinely have wild dreams 💀💀💀💀💀 so now i’m… mildly concerned about possible sleep disorder 🥸
