Hello! To be honest, I wouldn't recommend reading The Kite Runner if you're not emotionally stable, as it previously impacted my mental health and led to a reading slump. However, the book is good, and it can be difficult to pull yourself out of that emotional state afterward. I'm not great at telling stories, so I'm not sure if I can spoil anything for you, but the book revolves around Afghanistan and the experiences of children there. It's primarily about redemption and friendship, it includes some realistic events. The author also tackles political themes, though I had little prior knowledge about that. I approached the book with eager curiosity rather than hesitant expectations.

I can recommend some of the books I've read too, but I'm not sure about your preferences, and hindi ko rin kasi hilig and romance na genre but I read some. Before I forget, I want to say that your writing style is very expressive and creative. I also write in my leisure time on the Medium app. 😅
