can i ask how u did the transparent blurry scrollbox?! i tried looking for it everywhere and i neeeeeddd it

I make a temporary carrd container, set the background to colour, and adjust the colour & transparency to something I want for my scrollbox. Then, I grab the hex code and apply it to the scrollbox. I'm not sure what you mean by blurry, but the static effect I use is on IKEBUKURO :)
