hello!! hmm~ if you're looking to get them made and need low order quantities, i highly rec stickerbunnies! you can order as little as 1 sticker and they're very nice. though if you're starting off making them on your own - that's good too!! you have more control that way - you don't need a fancy cutter or anything either, i know plenty of people who started off cutting stickers by hand (though that might not be possible for everyone). for a long time i made stickers at home, with a silhouette 4, and that worked for me just fine too, though with printing at home i feel like you tend to run into more issues. it's also time consuming, which is something you should account for when deciding if you're going the homemade vs outsourced route.

when making stickers, tbh , i think what's most important is that you're drawing stuff you like!! draw a sticker you would want to use!! draw whatever makes you happy :-)
