I believe people can change. There are few cases where people are unable to change how they act or think, such as intense physical or psychological trauma that impacts the brain in ways modern medicine is not capable of changing. There are patterns that are prevalent in some people. Those patterns can be broken or they can fluctuate. My personal opinion! I dunno man
