Big Shirou and Juurou lover, please share with us what makes them cool characters for you 🧡
Oh yesss
So Shirou: firstly... I am weak for tsuns 😔 so he got my attention right away.
I feel like he's a more mature evolution of Tamamori characterisation-wise for some reasons. Tama is my fave in Hshm (also) because I could really relate to him. He wants to do his own thing, he wants to be someone, but he can't cope with a society he's an outcast of. He wants to be loved, but he struggles with loneliness and belonging.
Shirou instead is a functioning adult and I admire him for having followed his dream job (sth I can't do) even while going against his family and societal values. But at the same time he still feels alone and is often lost on his path. You can see he's subjected to those standards and does feel lesser... He's very conflicted basically. Both him and Tama find their own happiness at the end so that's inspiring. Sorry I'm very tired so I can't elaborate much
Juurou is the opposite as in I'm not a yandere fan usually. I think part of the appeal is his gap and the fact that I didn't predict his evolution during the game before ep 3 and was very positively surprised. I really like how sensei use the yandere trope for him... And his yearning for yomi was so felt and well expressed during the story I couldn't help but root for him. Their tension is great. And I'm a fan of codependent couple
