When N1k1 is overwhelmed or can't bring herself to do much besides rot in her room, she texts her dom, T1n4, who drops everything to prepare to head over to N1k1's place, telling N1k1 to be ready for her. T1n4 is late to everything, but for N1k1 she's always exactly on time so it gets N1k1 moving. If it's a day where she really can't do much then T1n4 only requires her to sit up in bed, but today N1k1 is able to do what is usually expected of her. She has to get out of bed, go to the kitchen and turn on the light, fill up two glasses with water, then sit on the couch and watch the door while focusing on her breathing.

When T1n4 comes in, N1k1 stands up and goes to her, taking the bags she's entered with and placing them on the kitchen counter for her. Then T1n4 hands her her coat, shoes, and a recipe book, and N1k1 puts those all where they belong as well, the book going on the kitchen island. T1n4 takes N1k1 to the bathroom to brush her teeth so T1n4 can get her welcome kiss, and then they go back to the kitchen. T1n4 takes one of the water glasses for herself and pushes the other towards N1k1, who takes a seat on a stool. T1n4 places the recipe book in front of her, flipping it open to the recipe she's going to be making that day, unpacking the bags N1k1 put on the counter for her with all the ingredients T1n4 bought before coming over. N1k1's job is to read the instructions out loud to T1n4 as needed, watching T1n4 so she knows when T1n4 is ready for the next one. Every time N1k1 reads an instruction, she takes a sip of water and T1n4 thanks her or praises her. This forces N1k1 to focus on T1n4 and pay attention so she doesn't miss when an instruction is needed, and gets her to drink water while slipping into a headspace where she does everything T1n4 asks and gets rewarded with praise.

When the food is ready, T1n4 checks it's good by having N1k1 test taste, walking over and saying "open" so N1k1 will open her mouth and T1n4 can feed her a bite. Once N1k1 confirms she likes it, T1n4 directs N1k1 to the couch and they sit together while T1n4 feeds her every bite of the meal she made, N1k1 doing nothing but accepting the food as she's directed with the occasional impulsive kiss from T1n4 in between when T1n4 gets overwhelmed with how cute N1k1 is. Once she's finished, T1n4 puts everything away and takes N1k1 to the bathroom to clean her up, running her a bath and washing her hair then dressing her. While they wait for N1k1's hair to dry, T1n4 helps N1k1 clean her room by directing her and N1k1 mindlessly but happily following her orders, making her bed and picking clothes off the floor and throwing out trash and putting dishes in the sink, all with T1n4 by her side and praising her and telling her how proud she is of her and how good N1k1 is for her.

With a clean room and N1k1's hair dry, they sit down on the bed and T1n4 styles N1k1's hair, messing around with different clips and parts and braids before settling on something she likes. N1k1 then plays with T1n4's hair in return because she knows T1n4 likes it, and it makes N1k1 feel good to do something for T1n4 after everything. N1k1 combs through the strands and braids and unbraids them and fiddles with T1n4's hair until T1n4 is too sleepy to stay conscious, so the two of them slip under the covers together for a nap, T1n4 already dozing off and holding N1k1 close while N1k1, feeling full and warm from T1n4 taking care of her, drifts off into the most peaceful, calm sleep she's had all week -🫐
