practically, because the story was written from johnny’s pov and i felt it would be strange to suddenly jump to a different pov when there was no prior precedent in the story for that!

narratively, i felt it wasn’t really
necessary include to be honest with you! the story is about exploring johnny’s relationship with kun and the boys and finding his new family, and i felt like it wouldnt add anything interesting to have a lot of dialogue explaining something that happened off the page.

you don’t always get to see everything that happens in a story! which means you just get to imagine it for yourself !! :D
