Andre was thrown in jail for theft when he was a kid (and later released by the international police so he could work under them); nowadays if he were caught he would probably go to jail for trespassing, hacking, theft, assault, possession of firearms on property where they are prohibited, and anything else the agency might have him doing on a mission that may not be technically legal :^)

Mariah would probably go to jail for conspiracy to various crimes, embezzlement, and theft, among other things…if she were caught 😳
